Mr Purple Assistive Technology is building an Australian network of distributors for an AI radar fall detection and wellbeing sensor. Nothing to wear, nothing to charge and no camera in the room. We are looking for early partners who already serve older people, people with disability and the teams around them.
The A$20,000 distributor licence fee is waived for a limited time for early partners.
The product
The sensor uses millimetre wave radar to notice a fall in the area it covers, and to track presence, sleep and breathing patterns in a monitored bed area. No images or video, ever.
Camera-free and wearable-free answers the two objections families and residents raise most: privacy, and the pendant that ends up in the drawer.
It is a non-medical assistive safety and wellbeing system. It alerts people quickly; it does not prevent falls or replace care. We sell it that way, and so do our partners.
Australia is ageing. About 1 in 6 Australians is aged 65 or over, and that share is projected to keep rising to between 21% and 23% of the population by 2066. (AIHW)
Falls were the leading cause of injury hospitalisations in 2024 to 2025, and home was the most commonly recorded place where fall injuries happened. (AIHW)
Aged care has changed too. The new Aged Care Act started on 1 November 2025, alongside the Support at Home program, which includes an Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) scheme with upfront funding for products and equipment that meet assessed needs. The AT-HM List includes personal and environmental emergency alarm systems. (Aged Care Act, Support at Home, AT-HM List)
Camera-free, wearable-free fall detection is still new to most Australian families and providers. Early partners get to be the people in their region who explain it well, demonstrate it properly and support it after installation.
What distributors get
How the sensor works, what it does and does not do, and how to set up a room so it performs.
A clear, step by step start, so you can quote, order, install and support with confidence.
Plain English product material you can use with families, providers and allied health teams.
Ongoing support from Mr Purple, so you are never left to chase answers on your own.
Details are confirmed in the distributor agreement.
You do not need to be a large business. You do need existing relationships with older people, people with disability or the people who support them, and a commitment to honest selling.
