These terms apply when you buy from Mr Purple Assistive Technology. They sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here takes away.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken through a secure Stripe checkout, which shows the full total before you pay. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
Availability
We aim to keep product information and availability accurate. If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Product information and safety
Product information comes from the manufacturer and is explained as plainly as we can. It is general information, not medical, clinical or funding advice. Our products support good care. They do not replace people, professional judgement, a clinical plan or emergency services. In an emergency, call 000.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
